We aggressively pursue communications with each staff member working as a solid unit to build one website in the interests of the client. On your end, we expect that you have some kind of idea of what you need, and regularly relate to us what you like and dislike as you monitor the developmental progress.
When you commission a website or web application from us, you will be assigned one person as your personal contact within Great Basin Development. This person will be responsible for reporting to you all the activities we are doing, and take any questions / concerns you may have. We don’t believe in leaving our clients out of the loop, only to let them see the end result. Our work ethic and values evoke a clear, understanding relationship between consumer and provider. The last thing we want is to have smokescreens or blindfolds clouding the connection that binds the project together.
